Had a really nice Memorial Day Weekend … Great Indy 500 on Sunday and now the push is on for the NFL starting with pre-season in about 8 weeks … Very hot already here in Scottsdale …
We are in the midst of a slow motion depression. We predicted it here in War Room early last year and it has played out as expected with few exceptions. I have been surprised by the “strength” of the U.S. stock market up from the lows of 6666, but when you look at it over the long haul, we are still down 45% from the highs and it looks like the recovery has sputtered out. I am still believer we will see Dow 5500 sometime before the end of 2009.

@ Carmen I know what your mean. In the current economy its tough to find a job that pays good and is stable . I have discovered that if you just work hard and are consistent you can go places . Look at the poster of this page , they are oviously hard working and have just been consistent over time and are now enjoying at least what would appear as somewhat of a success. I have found finally quitting will be almost impossible. I started cancer sticks while I was in my teens. It was the hugest mistake I’ve made. Now 20 years later and I have chronic copd. I tried out a pile of the stopping methods but nothing did any good. My last try is a smokeless cigarette in the end.

I have not had a puff in 6 years. The ugliest part related to quiting smoking may possibly be the 1st month or so. The good news is that stuff went away quickly and things got better every day due to the electronic cigarettes. Never quit. Simply keep at it and you could very well be smoke-free forever.
